MONASTRELL - SYRAH
AGED IN BARRELS FOR 2 MONTHS
The grapes it derives from, combine the characteristic structure and concentration of the local varieties, with a prominent presence of tannins.
Fermentation with the peels at a controlled temperature no higher than 28 ºC for 10/15 days depending on the variety.
It remains for 2 months in American oak barrels.
