Located at an altitude of 900 meters, they grow in brownish-limestone soils with some argillaceous grains which gives it an overall complexity. The grape is selected both in the vineyard and in the winery by the same expert hands who have looked aſter the vineyard since its sprouting.
It has spent 12 months in new french and american oak barrels.
