Elaboration
When the Garnacha grape reaches the culmination of its ripening, we harvest it by hand and in small capacity boxes to preserve the quality obtained during the
cultivation in the vinyard.
Our rosé is obtained by the Signeé Method: the skins have been macerated with the must for the time needed to achieve the desired color. Once the color expected has been reached, the skins are removed from the tank and alcoholic fermentation starts.
The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for the exclusive use of our
Garnacha Rosé.

Taste: Elegant and smooth taste with an interesting acidity that refreshes and rejuvenates the wine. Quite long finish with a nice delicacy.
