The grapes were chosen among the best plots, selecting only those that could express exactly what we were looking for with this wine. The harvest was both manual and mechanical. The fermentation and the maceration, depending on the variety, was made in contact with the peels in stainless Steel tanks for 15/25 days. Throughout the entire process the temperature didn ́t exceed 24/26ºC.
Made from a delicate blend of selected Monastrell and Syrah grapes, it has a beautiful cherry-red colour. Clean aroma and intense potent fruit Smooth in mouth with an elegant entry, vivid and fruity, with a mature and delicious tannins.
Grilled pork, chicken and beef. White and blue fish. Rice in fish broth and rice with rabbit. Cured cheese
