Elaboration

When the grapes reached their optimum maturity in the vineyard, they are harvested by hand in the early morning or late aſternoon. This moment is ideal to keep intact the grape quality before the elaboration.
Aſter a meticulous selection of the grapes and grains, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless
steel tanks of small capacity, to enhance all the aromas typical of this grape variety. This process is used to
achieve the greatest aromatic potential that characterized the white wines made by Sauvignon Blanc.

Tasting notes

Visual Stage: pale yellow with greenish and bright hints. The appearance in the glass is very elegant

Nose: the typical Sauvignon Blanc aromas predominate: tropical fruits, pineapple and mango are the main characters in this wine. We can also find light hints of herbaceous touches and citrus as lime and grapefruit. This wine gains an aromatic complexity typical of this grape variety.

Taste: in the mouth it shows a high acidity, which gives the wine a unique and well balanced freshness that
enhance the aromas of the wine. It is well structured and with a long and clean finish.

Pairing

This Sauvignon blanc can be paired with all kinds of food, but it is special with seafood and fish (without strong sauces that distort its characteristics) pasta and meat. It is also good with fruits and vegetables based dishes such as salads and snacks.
