NEW FRENCH AND AMERICAN OAK B.
These grapes originate from our 40-year-old dry, glass shaped vineyards. Located at an altitude of 900 meters, they grow in brownish limestone soils with some argillaceous grains which gives it an overall complexity. The grape is selected both in the vineyard and in the winery by the same expert hands who have looked aſter the vineyard since its sprouting. The grape varieties are vinified separately, adapting the fermentation conditions to their specific oenological characteristics. The malolactic fermentation has been in American and French oak barrels for the time necessary to achieve the perfect sensorial balance of the wine. It has spent 12 months in new french and american oak barrels.
